Providing Everything You Need

Garden Design
I offer a full garden design service from an initial meeting to discuss ideas, finishing with a final drawing design. Garden designs start from £450 depending on the size of the garden and project.
-
First Meeting - An opportunity to meet up and find out your plans for your exciting project. I run through how I work, my fees, and timelines
-
Site Meeting and Survey - Once you have engaged me to design your garden we will then meet for a more thorough meeting. I'll be interested to hear what you want from your garden and what you would love to see and what you definitely don't want! (I appreciate hot tubs are not everyone's cup of tea!!!) I will also complete a full site survey
-
Initial Plans - Based on our site meeting, I will put your inital plans, thoughts and ideas onto paper and produce two basic designs
-
Final Design - After selecting one of the designs, I will produce a final working design ready to send to contractors for quotes.
On top of the garden design, I can also produce planting schemes, order and plant plants and liaise with contractors. (These are additional services - see below)
Planting Plans
Planting schemes can be produced for new gardens or for customers wanting to update their existing gardens.
I produce detailed planting schemes, listing all plants, sizes and quantities.
Planting plans are great for those wanting to order and plant up their own garden however I can also order plants and arrange the planting.

Garden Staging
If you plan on selling your home, it is vital you make a positive impression. Your garden space plays a crucial role in connecting with likely buyers, and helping people to feel at home in your property.
Rightmove’s housing market analyst Miles Shipside said; “During lockdown people have been re-evaluating what their must-haves are, and both buyers and renters are craving a home with its own outside space rather than a flat. Usually home-movers tell us the kitchen photographs are the most important when they’re looking at a property advert, but now agents should consider giving greater prominence to pictures of gardens and outdoor spaces to attract the attention of prospective renters and buyers.”
Of course, when outdoor space becomes a common feature in the market, there is a need to ensure your garden stands out for the right reasons. You need to stand out for the right reasons. This is why staging outdoor space is a critical feature in the property market.
I provide a full service, tidying and smartening up your garden ready for that all important sale!
